Unit 1 Oneroa – Two Bedroom Beachfront Villa
Oneroa is a two bedroom absolute beachfront villa that can sleep up to five people. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, air conditioning, two bedrooms and an ensuite and bathroom, as well as a TV and CD player. The villa is ideal for a family of five or for two couples travelling together. (Currently Occupied)
Unit 2 Koromiri – Three Bedroom Beachfront Villa
Koromiri is a self-contained beachfront villa suitable for up to six people – each of the three bedrooms has one king-size bed and the master bedroom has air conditioning for those warm Cook Island nights. You will have everything you need to enjoy your Cook Island holiday, including a kitchen with microwave, TV and CD player. Koromiri is suitable for a family of six or up to three couples travelling together.
Unit 3 Tiare – One Bedroom Garden Bungalow
Tiare is a one bedroom garden bungalow and is well appointed, is of high quality. The well-appointed villa is of a high quality and has a great view of the lagoon. The bedroom, with a king-size bed, has air conditioning to keep you cool on warmer nights. The small kitchen includes a microwave and the lounge has a TV and CD player.
Unit 4 Motutapu – One Bedroom Beach Bungalow
Our one bedroom beachfront bungalow is ideal for a couple and has a large deck looking out over the beautiful Muri Lagoon. The bungalow features a king-size bed and a kitchenette with microwave, air conditioning and everything you need to be self-catering. For your comfort you will also find a TV in the lounge as well as a CD player. These high quality villas offer the perfect Cook Island holiday accommodation.
Unit 5 Takoka – One Bedroom Garden Bungalow
Takoka is a one bedroom bungalow and has a kitchenette. The one bedroom villa has a kitchenette with a microwave and everything you need to be self-catering and large deck for great indoor/outdoor flow – a feature of all Manea Beach Villas. If you wish to relax inside, you will find a TV and CD players and air conditioning for your convenience.
Unit 6 Tipani – One Bedroom Garden Bungalow
Tipani is a one bedroom garden bungalow with a kitchenette which includes a microwave, living area with air conditioning, TV and comfortable furniture, as well as a king-size bed and large deck with great indoor/outdoor flow. Tipani is ideal accommodation if you are travelling as a couple on a budget.
Unit 7 Mangavai – Three Bedroom Garden Villa
Mangavai is a three bedroom garden villa that is suitable accommodation for up to five people. Unit 7 has three bedrooms with one king, (air conditioned) one queen and two singles. You will be fully self-catering, you villa has a kitchen with microwave and a living area with air conditioning, TV and CD players. While still offering all the comfort of the beachfront villas, Mangavai is ideal for families travelling on a budget.
Unit 8 Maire – Three Bedroom Riverside Villa
Punavai is a beautiful 3 bedroom timber villa; it’s located on the river’s edge, but is still only metres from the lagoon. Punavai is the ideal accommodation or families and can comfortably sleep up to five. Unit 8 has three bedrooms with one king (air conditioned) and five single beds. The living area features comfotable furniture, air conditioning, a TV and CD players for the ulitmate home away from home.
